Stages of tattoo healing process 

The healing process of tattoo includes several stages 

Stage 1: this stage includes three days.

Day 1 pus protection :

 In the very frist day after gatting the tattoo the tattoo maker apply a  petroleum based ointment  on the tattoo an covered with protective wrap to keep the bacteria and other infectious cousin germs away from the wound

Day 2 cleaning wound :

  The second day is very crucial for the wound because in this day the wound should be washed with mild lukewarm water and fragrance free soap the wound must be dried after wash because the moisture can cause the production of pus at wound site 

Day 3 oozing protection:

The protection of wound from oozing is also very significant at day 3 the wound is again covered with  petroleum based ointment because the oozing process cause irritation to the person the irritation may result the production of infectious germs inside the wound

Stage 2 itching and scrubbing protection:

 This stage has its own importance because a very tiny mistake can cause serious damage to wound like itching and scrubbing.During these days the wound is dry and may be scrubbed if the wound is described at once the chances of infection are increased.

     You can lightly tap the area to relieve the itchiness but never scratch.The scabs will start to flake off naturally. Allow this to happen on its own; do not peel the scabs manually. Peeling them off prematurely can remove the ink and damage the skin.
